Well the picnic turned into a work party this year. Great progress made on the filling of the back of the main field. We're almost ready to seed it.

Art started to haul gravel about noon today and I loaded him with the Hyundai. Made good progress. We think there is enough material moved at this point. If the material gets spread we may be able to bucket out the topsoil with the loader on Saturday before the loader goes back. We need someone with...

I have Burt Legary from Kahn's that could run the Hyundai loader on Friday if we had a couple of trucks and truck drivers pending any weather issues. Marc and I plan on getting another 6 wheeler dump to the farm this week.

It looks like the schedule for moving the loader to the farm will be next Monday. So this gives us some time to have trucks and people in place for the weekend of the 9th &10th. I believe I have an operator for the loader also.

I could come Sunday again with my trailer if there are anymore smaller engines to haul.  Do we have someone coming with a gooseneck trailer for the larger engines?  If so do we need to have a crane scheduled at Kent for loading? 

Brendan and I can come on Sunday. If someone touches base with me on the progress made on Saturday and a trailer is needed I could bring mine Sunday...
