Little rusty from sitting outside. If you got three already you probably don't need this one but it can certainly be made available.

Dave If you are going to put a milling machine or lathe in the building, they should be on a concrete pad

Yes this building does have a full concrete floor.
However still undecided where to put the lathe. The rest of our metalworking equipment is in a building upfront, Bridgeport, lathe, drill press etc.
But no mater what we do that stuff will be on concrete.
