Project list for Engine Building 1, 5 year Renovations
25. Replace 2 incorrect boards outside next to East window with 1 correct board.
26: Repaint Outside
27: ClearCoat inside
PREPWORK: Relocate all portable engines to Engine 2. Remove all items from existing shelfs.
1. Cut wall board for inside building. 168 running feet aprox 9 feet long. SawMill work.
2. Procure 2 new double hung windows, 2 fixed pane picture windows Size TBD
4. Install 2 new double hung windows modify existing cutouts as required.
5. Install 2 new picture windows in gable ends.
6. Install brackets for wall shelfs around perimeter of inside building.
7. Install wall boards on inside of building
8. Install Shelfs around perimeter of building.
12. Construct support shed on under rear overhang. location
13. Install lighting and outlets as required in support shed.
15. Install Bench, cabinets, shelfs etc in suport shed.
16. Cutout door from main building into support shed
17. cutout concrete doorway (WET SAW ONLY)
3. Procure new lights and related hardware.
9. Remove existing lighting.
10. Add/modify/delete lighting boxes and conduit as required for new lights.
11. Install new lights.
18. Patch floor around new doorway cutout.
19. Patch Floor around Conduits by panel.
20. Finish Pump disconnect switch setups
21. Fix conduupto top lighting boxes. it from Front switch
22. Install conduit to TACO pump outside and connect to switch.
23. Push wiring into large J box under panel, secure wiring and install cover.
24. Fix conduit to EXIT sign on West end.
26. Install conduit to back door of support shed and install 3 way switches.
27. Cutoff "wild" boards up in West end gable.

What is wrong with the existing lights, what do we plan to replace them with?

The existing light fixtures utilize a standard edison bulb. For which were using LED bulbs. For some reason they dont stand up well and are constantly burning out. If you look now %50 of the bulbs are dead. It may have something to do with the head getting trapped in those fixtures.
I do love the look of the old style fixtures. So it saddens me to change them for sure.
Likely to replace them with similiar to the tractor building and now Engine 2 building lights.
