While we are on the topic of the kids play yard:

We need to move part of the fencing to accommodate the septic system, whenever we can build it. 
I am thinking of shifting the existing fencing toward the pond about 20 feet, and away from the pavilion about 10 feet. 
This will accomplish several things.

it will give us room for the septic system.
it will provide more shade in the summer.
It will give us room in front of the play yard for tractor displays or additional food vendors.
Existing toy shed will not need to be removed.
It doesn't impact any area currently in use during shows!

we can talk about it further at the farm.

unfortunately these days there is no trust in anyone... so anything sold in these days is basically a first come first serve basis.

Its a shame really..... should be first to contact gets first dibs....but people flake out... don't show up and piss sellers off.... which forces them to not give a shit and sell it to the first one that physically shows up and gives them money. The world it basically pathetic now.
