Being one of the engine guys I'll make the first post. I've been working on the FC, found out that the valve timing was one tooth off. I fixed that, made some gaskets, and it's waiting to go back together! Check out the main bearings, they are tapered roller bearings, preloaded and held in place with two nuts and a lock washer, just like a truck axle.
